Wire
Bare Copper Wires: These are uncoated, pure copper conductors commonly used in electrical transformers due to their excellent conductivity and thermal performance. Copper's higher current-carrying capacity makes it ideal for heavy-duty applications, ensuring efficient energy transmission with minimal losses.
Bare Aluminum Wires: These are made from pure aluminum and are often used in transformers for their lightweight properties and cost-effectiveness. While aluminum has lower conductivity compared to copper, it is still suitable for many applications due to its resistance to oxidation and lower cost.

Sem Wire
SEM wire, also known as magnet wire, is a key material in transformer construction. This type of wire consists of a copper or aluminium conductor coated with a thin layer of enamel. The enamel coating provides excellent electrical insulation while maintaining a thin profile, which is crucial for winding tight coils in transformers.
This insulation ensures the wire can handle high voltages and prevents electrical shorts between the coils, thereby enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the transformer.

PC Strip
Paper-covered strips, much like paper-covered wire, play a vital role in transformer construction. These strips are usually made of high-conductivity copper or aluminium and are insulated with layers of insulation kraft paper. This paper insulation provides excellent thermal and electrical insulating properties, ensuring the strips can withstand high voltages and temperatures within transformers.

PC Wire
Paper-covered wire, is a crucial component in transformer construction. It's typically composed of a copper or aluminum conductor, wrapped with one or more layers of insulating paper. This paper insulation provides excellent dielectric strength and thermal resistance, making the wire suitable for high-voltage applications within transformers. The insulation also helps to reduce the risk of electrical shorts and ensures efficient energy transfer between coils.

Strip
Our range of Bare Copper and Aluminium Strips and Flats are designed to be robust, sturdy, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring an extended service life. These strips are primarily used in automatic machines. Applications of Bare Copper Strips include electrical conductors, switch terminals, electrical contacts, and circuits. Their use helps reduce power wastage and enhance productivity.
